Lord Krishna Stories

Lord Krishna is one of the most famous Hindu gods. He is one of the Avatars of God Vishnu. Krishna is also known as the supreme human being. There are many stories related to Lord Krishna. Most of the stories are about the childhood days of Krishna. As he was born in Mathura according to the popular belief, most of his stories include the cities of Mathura, Vrindavan and Dwarika. One of the famous stories about Krishna says that he used to like butter a lot and many times he stole it even after warning from his mother. It is also said that he was very naughty as a child and he used to tease gopis. Krishna was in love with Radha. Radha is also considered as the source of all the gopis.

Another story about Krishna is about his friendship with Sudama. Both Krishna and Sudama were very good friends. Once, Sudama and Krishna were in a forest and Sudama was very hungry. Sudama ate the food of Krishna without telling him. Later when Krishna also felt hungry and asked for his food, Sudama said that he does not have any food. On this, Krishna gave a curse to Sudama.
